The purpose of this guideline is to inform all PSMB registered training providers on the submission of training courses under Industry certification (INDCERT) scheme.

Type of courses :

The proposed courses must be certification course based on the needs identified by industries.

Approval process of the training courses by training providers.

• 1. The Training Needs Identification (TNI) submitted by Employer Association will be uploaded in the PSMB portal www.hrdf.com.my. All PSMB registered training providers are requested to refer the TNI list and submit the proposed courses that meet the industry requirements.
• 2. The training courses can be submitted through PSMB portal www.hrdf.com.my (Services >Employer> Scheme> INDCERT>INDECERT Course Registration).
• 3. The proposed courses will be evaluated to ensure the submission of training courses are in line with the Training Needs Identification (TNI).
• 4. The list of approved training courses will be published in the PSMB portal at www.hrdf.com.my (Services >Employer >Scheme >INDCERT).
• 5. All PSMB registered employers are eligible to participate under the INDCERT scheme. Employers can view and select training courses from the list of approved training courses according to their company's human capital needs and submit training application to HRDF.
